Estimated turnaround times do not include return shipping times. These times include estimated business days PSA will take to grade your card(s) after receiving them.

Payment will be invoiced after cards have returned from PSA. You will be able to click the link in your invoice to make a payment.

Will you crack my card(s) out of an existing slab and submit raw for me?

No, due to liability reasons we are not able to crack any existing slabs but suggest you search YouTube for a video on how to safely open a sealed slab. We recommend trying it out on something inexpensive first for practice.

What is "DV" or Declared Value?

PSA defines the DV as “The Declared Value is your estimate of the value of the item after it has been assigned a grade by PSA.” Since we do not know the grades until they are assigned by PSA, this is just an estimate as to what you think it has the best chance of being graded at. Essentially, your DV acts as your insurance value on your card in the event that PSA were to damage the card in the grading process. PSA reserves the right to upcharge to a higher service level if they determine the DV to exceed the estimate.

Can I send my cards in toploaders or card sleeves?

Either toploaders or card savers are acceptable for any cards submitted above the $21 level. Please remove any tape, etc. from the cards. Cards submitted at the $21 level are expected to be 100% ready to be sent to PSA including being placed in a card saver as these will not be reviewed or prepped.

Do you accept Pokemon and other TCG submissions?

At this time, we will not be offering a separate TCG bulk level. If you would like to submit any TCG cards, they can be submitted at any of the levels alongside sports cards. If we choose to add a TCG Bulk submission in the future we will be sure to announce it and reach out to customers that have submitted TCG cards in the past.

Do you accept Autograph or Dual Service submissions?

At this time we will not be accepting any Dual Service submissions. We may choose to add this option in the future so let us know if you have interest and stay tuned for more info!

What does the Review & Wipe down include?

When you submit your cards to be reviewed, you will receive a professional assessment of whether we feel the card is worthy of being graded or not based on its overall condition, perceived value, scarcity and/or the player/character. Note, this does not mean only mint condition cards are worth being graded.

Cards deemed to have significant flaws will receive an email from our expert at which point the customer can decide if they would still like to grade the card or have it returned to them. We will wipe down any surface issue(s) that can be removed with a microfiber cloth (fingerprints, debris etc.) prior to sending. By passing our review, we will not guarantee any numeric grade.

Do you offer a review & wipe down on all grading levels?

All prices include card review and wipe down with the exception of the $21 Value level. Cards submitted at the $21 level must be prepped by the customer and ready to submit.

How do you determine shipping charges?

Return shipping will be charged based on the number of cards and will be combined between orders that return in close proximity.

What are the prices for return shipping?
  • Shipping rates are as follows:
    • $15 for 1-15 cards
    • $20 for 16-50 cards
    • $30 for 51+ cards
  • Insurance is available on return shipping to customer for $6 per $500 of coverage.
How do I determine if my cards are worth grading?

This is a tricky question with no correct answer. There are many reasons to grade a card including verifying authenticity, increasing the value, or simply protecting a card in your collection. If you are wondering if grading the card will increase its value, we recommend comparing sold prices on ebay betweeen raw cards and the range of grades you believe your card may receive.

How long does it take to grade my cards?

Estimated turnaround times are noted with the grading levels in the table above. Note these are estimated times provided by the grading company (in business days) and are not guaranteed. These estimates are based on current volume, demand, and capacity. Times may change rapidly without notice and Day 1 starts when the company (PSA) receives and checks in your order.

When will you submit my cards to be graded?

We send in card submissions once a week so they will be sent to PSA no later than 7 days from the date we receive them, depending on current demand.

Can I track my order?

We don’t currently offer an online tracking system however, we will notify you via email when your cards are received by us and reviewed (if applicable), when they are shipped to PSA, and when we receive your cards back from PSA and they are ready to be picked up or shipped off to you.

You can always contact us as well via email at orders@realsportscards.com with any questions but please refrain from contacting about the status of an order before the estimated turnaround time has passed.

How do I know if my cards are ready for pick-up?

You will receive an email from us once your cards are ready to be paid for and picked up. Please wait for this email before stopping in to pick them up.

What do I need to pick up my order?

Please bring a form of identification and your invoice number to pick up your cards in the shop.
